Dream On really is a dream come true! This one story, beach view home is adjacent to the beach access boardwalk and boasts gorgeous unobstructed views of the gulf. Beach front living without the high price tag! The house is dog friendly and so is the beach so bring the fur friends along.

The Space

An open floor plan, solid surface flooring and an updated, welcoming design make this home an ideal destination for your next beach vacation.

New flooring, furniture and fun artwork give this completely renovated home a relaxing, "beachy feel". The living room has such incredible views of the water that you might not even need that television! New granite counter tops and a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets make this pristine kitchen feel brand new.

You find plenty of seating at the large dining table and countertop, but you'll want to take full advantage of the picnic table on the screened in porch. Perfect for that morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail! There is also a sunning deck for the sun worshippers.

* Pets are allowed with a $100 non-refundable per pet fee (max 2)

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

We absolutely loved booking with Jen at Coastal View Vacations. She is so easy to work with and gets back with answers to questions same day. Creating a reservation and payment processing was very easy. We stayed for 3 months this winter at Dream On and love everything about this house. It is great to have everything on one floor. The view beachside is stunning with a large deck and screen porch overlooking the ocean and beach. During December we had the privilege of the Blue Angels practicing right in front of Fort Morgan beach 2-3 times a day. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and it has everything you need to make large or small family meals. We appreciated the Keurig duo coffee maker as we both drink different blends. Bedrooms are spacious and it was nice to have bedrooms on both sides of the house when family came to visit for a week at a time. Everyone loved the large sectional couch and mentioned how comfortable it was. Morgantown is a beautiful and safe neighborhood where everyone is friendly and dog walking is a lifestyle plus it was fantastic to be able yo take our dog only the beach and for the most part most people follow the guidelines and keep their furry friends on a leash and pickup after them. Pools are clean and well maintained. Water is Not heated but that wouldn’t stop my 9 year old nephew from enjoying the pool and brisk swim.
My only suggestion is to touch up paint on front rails and master bathroom and guest bath trim. It was also disappointing to not have a working gas fireplace for a few cold snaps during January. Other than that it truly is a Dream of a Vacation Home. We also appreciated the fantastic help from DeeDee and her Husband. Both are so friendly and always only a phone call or text away from problem solving with a smile. We enjoyed a 3 night stay as a small getaway. The location is perfect, I could settle without being beachfront as this location is equally close. It also is a short walk to one of the pool areas when the beach gets too dark.The decor was nice and updated as well as the appliances. I appreciate that it was dog friendly without compromising what it offered. A couple of hours before check-in the staff text me and I was able to communicate with them directly for any problems, they responded quick with random questions I had and was always polite.The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We come to Morgantown every year and are planning to book this house again when that time comes. Overall, this was a great experience and my family had a great time. See you next year!

This is our second time at Dream On! We love everything about this house..the size is perfect for two families traveling together, and the boardwalk to the beach is only a few steps out the back door! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating at the house. Jen from Coastal View Vacations is so friendly and easy to work with! We can't wait to visit again!

There were 7 of us and this property was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything you need including a baby crib, all the kitchen utensils, and even a Keurig coffee maker. The property is beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly, with 2 ensuite bedrooms on one side (shower only in each) and 2 bedrooms and a shared bath on the other side (shower tub combo). There is plenty of parking and even a small, enclosed dog pen. And the view is magnificent! You cannot see the beach itself, but the view of the gulf is wonderful and does not disappoint! We were contacted by the property manager shortly after our arrival and they were very responsive to our questions. It was nice having someone to contact in the event of any problems and know that they would respond promptly. Also, during the reservation process, Coastal View Vacations (Jen) was such a pleasure to work with. The only negative about this property is the AC; there is a sign that states that the AC will freeze up if you turn the AC below 72. The weather was not unbearably hot when we were there, but I can imagine that during the summer months, 72 degrees is not cold enough, especially for hot-natured people. Overall, I would highly recommend Dream On and would love to return, just not in the heat of the summer (LOL!). Oh, and the Morgantown neighborhood is very nice. We did not visit the pools (I don’t think they were open), though, so I can’t comment on that. If you are planning a trip to Fort Morgan, please consider this property; you will have one of the best vacations of your life!

My family had a wonderful stay at Dream On. The house itself is wonderful with an open floor plan in the main living area and good size bedrooms. The back porch has a beautiful view overlooking the backyard dunes and in the distance is the beach. Each bedroom and bathroom was updated and the master bedroom had a comfortable mattress. The kitchen had a dual Keurig (drip and pod) which made morning coffee on the back patio a breeze. It was also well stocked with a crock pot and plenty of dishes but did lack some of the basics (low supply of utensils and measuring cups).
Outside, provided two washing stations, picnic tables and a small fenced in area for the dogs. Overall my family had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to go back.

We rented Dream On for a week away. The location was perfect! No obstruction from seeing the ocean. The only issue we had was the wifi kept dropping us. We called the rental agency and they worked with us to get it back online as fast as possible.
Will be returning!!

The home was perfect for the 3 families that stayed for spring break. We needed privacy for each couple, a place for the kids, a quick walk to the beach and a quiet atmosphere. That is exactly what we got with this rental. Property was clean, up to date, and contained all the amenities. We would stay again!

We had an absolutely fabulous 2 months @ Dream On! Perfect escape from the snowy, fridgid Midwest . The house is well laid out & very comfortable. Family & friends had plenty of room. Loved our stay at Dream On. The house/ kitchen was so well equipped, we never left. A very short walk to the beach. If you forget something, so easy to just run back to the house. We had 3 couples and 2 young children with plenty of room. The kids room with their own tv and bunk beds was perfect. We spent a lot of time on back deck. Perfect for morning coffee sunrise and or evenings sunsets.The community is wonderful, very quiet, great for walks, 2 pools in walking distance to get a break from the beach.

Nice relaxing vacation with family.Short walk to the beach which was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, was great for walking. Spent a lot of time on the deck in mornings for coffee and evenings watching the sunset.

This was our first trip to Fort Morgan and the house was nothing but pure perfection. The setup is welcoming, it was beyond clean, and the kid room was perfect! The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. This is a gem in Morgantown and HIGHLY recommend this home! We had nothing but the best experience!! We can't wait to go back and hope to rent this beautiful beach house again!
