Relax on the porch swing while enjoying the sights and sounds of the glorious surf. For times when it's not a beach day, you'll love the convenience of the private pool (shared with other side of duplex). This 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex is the perfect location for your group of 12 as well as your fur friend! Pro Tip: Book this home for Hang Out Fest or Shrimp Fest and take advantage of the great location!

The Space

Gulf Winds West features warm, inviting furnishings throughout the home. You’ll sink into the comfy couch while you relax to watch the flat screen TV. The light, airy floor plan flows right into the kitchen and dining area, which has seating at the table for four, and room for three more at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare simple meals if you choose to dine in.

Also on the main level, you'll discover a bedroom with a 2 Full/Full Bunks with bath attached to bedroom and entrance from hall. On the second level is a King master bedroom with private bath and balcony access. The third bedroom features a queen bed and private bath.

While we make every effort to keep the pool operational and available for use, sometimes issues outside our control arise and the pool may not be available for use for all or part of a stay.

We came for our yearly extended family vacation. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the most easiest check in/out that I’ve ever encountered. The house was clean and had enough room to accommodate my growing family. There were some signs of wear and tear but after having a storm blow in I can understand how it occurs. The pool was wonderful to lay out by even though the water was still to cold to swim in. My family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and deck and just catching up with each other.

the house was clean and very comfortable. the sounds of the ocean and the sunsets were so wonderful...we really enjoyed walking on the walkways in the state park.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here! This was a great place for our family to reconnect after a busy time or year for us! This was more than a rental but a home. Conveniently located close to the main part of Gulf Shores. We look forward to coming back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cechells. Very clean and well appointed and very homey. Comfortable beds. Close to beach. The pool, while not heated, was a nice amenity. We look forward to staying again when it’s a little warmer. Proximity to restaurants and shopping is great. There were a few minor things that could use attention on the interior and some screws on the wood stairs and deck are protruding, but all in all a wonderful place to stay. Also, the picture on the listing with that great view of the gulf needs to be updated due to a huge home under construction in the once empty lot. There is still a view of the gulf, but it’s limited now. Way more positives than negatives. We would recommend the property. We’ll be back!

The Duplex was very nice. There was nothing that the home did not have for your convenience. The private pool was wonderful!

The home is clean and has a good location. The beach is easily accessible and when you need to wind down at night the pool is perfect. The home is also the perfect location from all shopping and attractions. Not too far away but just far enough to have your space. It was everything we needed for a great family vacation.

This is a very nice area to stay in. We really enjoyed the Cechell. It had plenty of room for our family and dogs. Could use a some updating but really enjoyed our week. Easy access to the beach. Very nice neighbors.
